Original ranches next door to brand-new rebuilds
Oak Forest was developed starting in the late 1940s as one of the biggest post-war subdivisions in the region: one-story ranch homes, typically 1,100–1,800 square feet, on generous lots between W. 43rd Street and Pinemont.
