Plain-language summary
Avatex Service Company ("Avatex," "we," "us") is a Texas-based home services company. When you use our website at avatexservicecompany.com, call our office, send a text, fill in a form, or review one of our quotes, we collect a limited amount of information so we can respond to your request, schedule service, send appointment updates, and run our business. We do not sell your personal information. If you opt in to text messages, we will only use that to communicate about your service — reply STOP any time to opt out, or HELP for help. You have rights under California's CCPA/CPRA and certain other state privacy laws — see the "Your privacy rights" section below. Questions? Email [email protected] or call (832) 782-3490.
1. Information we collect
- Information you give us. Name, phone, email, service address, a description of the service you need, photos you upload, and anything else you type into our quote/contact/careers forms or tell us on a call.
- Service records. Equipment installed at your property, work performed, warranty status, financing details, and invoices.
- Communications. Inbound and outbound text messages and call metadata (number, time, duration) — and, where state law allows and we've disclosed it, recordings of customer-service calls for training and quality.
- Usage + analytics. Pages visited, referrer, device and browser type, approximate location derived from IP, and interactions with our forms and CTAs. We use Google Analytics 4 / Google Tag Manager, and marketing pixels (Google Ads, Meta) when running campaigns. See "Cookies and tracking" below.
- Cookies. Essential cookies that make the site work, and analytics/advertising cookies subject to your consent where required by law.
We do not ask for Social Security numbers, government IDs, or full payment-card numbers through this website. Financing is handled by our partner Wisetack on Wisetack's own systems — Avatex does not see, store, or process your credit information.
2. How we use your information
- Respond to your inquiry, give you an estimate, and schedule service.
- Send appointment reminders, technician-on-the-way notices, and follow-ups.
- Provide warranty service and recall future records of work we've done at your address.
- Process payments (via our payment processor) and offer financing (via Wisetack).
- Improve our website, marketing, and customer experience.
- Comply with law and enforce our terms.
3. Who we share information with
We share information only with the categories of providers needed to run the business and serve you:
- Hosting + CDN providers, our website and email infrastructure.
- CRM / dispatch / scheduling software providers.
- Phone, SMS, and call-tracking providers.
- Payment processor and financing partner (Wisetack).
- Analytics providers (Google Analytics 4) and ad networks (Google Ads, Meta) when running campaigns.
- Legal, tax, accounting, and insurance professionals.
- Law enforcement or regulators if we are legally required, or to protect rights and safety.
We do not sell your personal information in the everyday sense. Under California law, certain sharing of personal information with advertising partners can qualify as "selling" or "sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising." If that applies to us, you can opt out — see "Your privacy rights."
4. SMS / text messages (TCPA & A2P 10DLC)
When you give us your phone number and opt in to text messages (for example by checking a consent box on a form or replying to a service text), you agree to receive transactional and customer-service SMS messages from Avatex at the number you provide, including via an automated system. Consent to text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency varies based on your service. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out; reply HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We follow A2P 10DLC requirements for business messaging.
5. Cookies, tracking, and your choices
We use essential cookies to make the site function, and (with consent where required) analytics and advertising cookies to measure performance and serve relevant ads. You can:
- Decline non-essential cookies via our cookie banner (where shown).
- Use your browser's controls to delete or block cookies.
- Use Global Privacy Control (GPC) — we honor a valid GPC signal as an opt-out of any "sale" or "sharing" for targeted advertising under applicable state law.
- Opt out of Google Analytics via Google Analytics Opt-out.
- Opt out of personalized ads at aboutads.info and NAI.
6. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

We do not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.
7. Children
This site is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have, please contact us at [email protected] and we will delete it.
8. How long we keep information
We keep customer service records (jobs we've performed at your address) for the life of the equipment plus the legally required tax/warranty retention period. Lead/inquiry records are kept for up to seven (7) years unless you ask us to delete sooner. Analytics data is retained per Google Analytics' default retention.
9. Security
We take reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No internet transmission is perfectly secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Third-party links
Our site links to third-party services (e.g., Wisetack financing, Google Maps, social platforms). Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies — we encourage you to review them.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be flagged prominently on this page.
